When the cooling system starts to work, the control system first detects the temperature and humidity of the old sand. With those ,the system determines the amount of water added accordingly. At the same time, the water adding system will determine the amount of water evenly sprayed in the old sand and water evaporation will take away a large amount of heat and the evaporated hot vapor is quickly pumped out into the dust removal system. In the process of cooler mixing cooling, the system installed temperature, humidity detection device, continuous detection and monitoring of the change of old sand temperature, humidity. At the same time, continuous detection of the working current of the mixing motor to adjust the opening of the sand door to maintain the stability of the amount of sand in the cooler. By detecting the sand temperature and moisture, feedback the water adding control system, adjust the amount of water, Ensure that the temperature of the sand is controlled within 45 degrees (summer ambient temperature +10 degrees), and the moisture content is precisely controlled at 2±3%.
